By proceeding with the purchase of any product or service, you agree to the following provisions:

1.1 By placing an order for any Goods, Products or Services on this Website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, which may be updated or changed by us from time to time.

2. Services

2.1 Products and Services on our Website are not intended to diagnose, cure or heal any condition and are not intended or recommended as substitutes for any legal, medical, psychiatric or other orthodox types of professional assistance.

2.2 Although our Products and Services could have great benefits, results are dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to your commitment to the modality, participation and existing health conditions.

2.3 Testimonials and examples provided are not intended to represent or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

2.4 Michaela Jirouskova does not provide medical, legal, investment, business or other advice. All opinions are provided for your consideration and should not be solely relied upon. We aim to provide great benefits from your participation in the courses/program/session, however, Michaela Jirouskova does not guarantee or represent in any way that you or your business will attain a certain level of health, sales, profits, earnings, or any other metric of success. It is your responsibility to obtain professional advice.

2.5 Michaela Jirouskova is not to be held responsible or liable for the misuse of any services offered herein, and reserves the right to refuse or end services at any time.

2.6. To purchase any Services on our Website you are courteous with open hearth and mind aged 18 or over. Anyone under 18 must have an adult present at all times.

2.7 If you phone late or arrive late for your session, the time may be deducted from your appointment as there is a schedule and other people to consider.

3. Price of Services

3.1 The prices of the Services will be as quoted on our Website at the time you submit your order. We use our best efforts to ensure that the prices of Services are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

3.2 Prices for our Services may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.

3.3 It is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Services on our Website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Services you have ordered we will contact you to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Service at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. If we mistakenly accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may cancel supply of the Service and refund you any sums you have paid.

3.4 The cost of purchased services is to be paid in full before the first session takes place.

3.5 Where the price of services provided has been agreed to be paid in instalments, the first instalments must be paid before the first appointment takes place and every further payment must be done before the next session takes place.

3.5.1 Payment must be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you fail to pay prior to your appointment, the session will be automatically cancelled.

3.5.2 You have right to reschedule your appointment with minimum 24 hours notice. If you fail to pay for the session as agreed, you still have right to choose a new date for your session provided that a payment for the upcoming session is paid as agreed and 24 hours before the new appointment.

4. Cancellations and refunds

4.1 Session fees are non-refundable after you have attended the appointment. If you cancel your order minimum 48 hours prior to your first appointment you will be entitled to receive a full refund.

4.2 You can request to reschedule your appointment by e-mailing us at info@michaelajirouskova.com with minimum 24 hours notice.

4.3 If you change your mind after purchasing a package, you may cancel your order within 14 days from the date of purchase by e-mailing us at info@michaelajirouskova.com.

4.3.1 Sessions within package that have been already attended are non-refundable, but you can receive partial refund for the remaining session. A minimum 48h notice is required before your next session takes place.

4.4 This cancellation right does not apply in the case of digital downloads.

5. Force Majeure

5.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the Contract that is caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

6.1 This Contract is governed by English law and each party irrevocably agrees to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
